PR option doesnt allow me to change effects quality

I know what you mean man hopefully it will get better but probably only option is to get slight better hardware

Im trying to buy rx580 (out of stock) to add it to my ryzen 7 build

If you have any GPU from the last 5 years, a new one will not help you with FPS. Not even a little. Modern GPUs are practically idle when rendering BF2.

If you can't run PR in 2017, I think it's time to upgrade man

MSI H81M-Plus, G3258.. add slight overclock @4GHz (this H81 board allows overclock!) and pretty random graphics card from past 4-5 years and you have solid 60fps at High settings.

Pretty cheap setup, all things considered.
