Artillery IED

This type of IED kills infantry in 100m radius but can't even disable BTR-80, smth wrong with it.

Arty IED is for infantry. Mine IED is for vehicles.

But that's unrealistic, artillery shell explosion in such a small distance must blow BTR into pieces.
