What the title says, crouch speed when aimed down sights has the modifier of the scoped version, not the fast "combat glide" of other ironsighted weapons.

Same for british acog backups when crouched.

The issue is that the mouse speed modifier impacts the crouched speed and every weapon with zoom gets an implicit mouse speed modifier. That modifier stays active even when switching to BUIS, thats why all BUIS are slow while crouched.
The chinese LMG also seems to have a mouse speed modifier added while other mgs dont. Well some MGs do like M249 and some dont.
