If rcon debug is on, everyone has admin powers, this wasn't the case in previous versions.

It has been like this for several versions now and is intended.

It's a pain in the *** for everyone running a public training server free for all. It basically allows trolls to ban whoever they want to. I don't mind if it is a feature but forcing admin commands if rcon is active just doesn't make any sense to me. There is a nice admin config which can be used to give admin to whoever joins and you can even set 777 on all admin commands if you want to give everyone admin. Why forcing this?

Plz plz plz remove this feature. It makes PRTA's public training server redundant, if randoms can abuse admin commands to troll the fellows practicing on it.

Debug is not something you should enable on a public server. If you are worried about someone banning everyone on the the server, you dont want them to have debug commands available. Someone with debug commands can do way worse to other players and the server than banning them. At the end of the day debug is for debugging and debugging admin commands is part of that, so I see no reason at all to change this.

If you want to have a training server, change spawntimes of vehicles and spawn more than 1 of each spawner. You can do that without issues (as long as the server is locked of course).
