Upgrading CPU, Case, MOBO and RAM...

Well, it's Christmas time, and that means time to spend money.
I am going to upgrade my PC... and I am asking if you guys think/believe everything is compatible and good to go.
CPU: i5 7600 (LOCKED), 3.5ghz *NEW*
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-Z270-HD3 *NEW*
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 8GB 2 x 4GB DDR4-2400 *NEW*
CASE: Corsair Carbide SPEC-01 Red LED ATX Mid-Tower *NEW*
GPU: Gigabyte GTX-1060 6gb *Existing*
HDD: 1tb WD Black
SSD: Samsung evo 250gb (OS installed)
PSU: Seasonic 520watt
Curious if everything will be good to go and fit... Do I need to upgrade my PSU? I went to a PC part shop by me and was told by a employee that I must upgrade my PSU to at least 650watt and a gold rated PSU if I wanted to do this exact upgrade.
And the case will work... correct? (I am sure it will, just to make sure)
I upgraded my GPU LATE last year. I think around Christmas time lol... I love the GPU. But now is the time to upgrade my blood and soul of my PC, as I am noticing a bit more lag on my end. Modified games crashing more, mainly. My current CPU is a i5 4590, which I admit it's hell of a cpu. But time to upgrade!
