Osprey and Merlin.

I think this bug has been there since pre 0.85. Just throw out a couple of flares once the HUD says you are fully reloaded and eventually you should be fully reloaded for real.

Though if you know how to 100% replicate let me know, Maybe its something that can be fixed in assembly or hacked to work when it happens.
