If i can run it, what settings will be able to?
Low?Medium?High? or Ultra??

Highest settings easy. A modest 1050 is a monster compared to what the game needs, CPU is always the bottleneck, due to the engine being single threaded, but the 3470 should do fine.

i recommend graphic enhancement mod installation also, easy to install, works online flawless
