Hello,
Ive been wanting to get into this game for a long time.. unfortunately i had a weak pentuim 4.. but now i have a core 2 duo e6650 2.33 ghz| 3 gb of gdr 3 ram|G35 (G3100) family chipset.. Im pretty sure the cpu is just enough and the ram is kinda short but im sure it will do the trick, but im insure if the graphics card (Which is a crappy one.. i need to upgrade to a 1050 or sometin') will be able to run the game, even if it does, is it gonna cause bottleneck? what are the ideal graphical settings for my setup?? i dont wanna run into the trouble of downloading the game just to be greeted whit the red (Your pc doesnt meet the requirments) message in the main menu

Isn't the 3100 built in graphics, not a dedicated card?

Performance is GPU-based more than CPU, and the Refractor 2 Engine can't make use of more than 1 core - mainly to do with how powerful your CPU is at single threading which might be ok.
It's likely to bottleneck. It's better to upgrade the GPU as your one won't be powerful enough, especially since PR has a higher system requirement than BF2.

The ancient intel Es have iGPUs? I don't remember this.

Core 2 Duo E6550 2.33GHz Can Run PC Game System Requirements
The processor DOES NOT integrated any graphics. and has a rated board TDP of 65W.
It offers average performance. It will therefore become a bottleneck in today's demanding games.

I remember I used to have some problems with PR, and it was bottlenecked with my CPU. But for 90% of the time I could play the game fine. While GPU will help a lot, I've always felt PR is demanding on the CPU when you compare it to most online FPS games. But most of them are on very small maps.

No, the G35 chipset had an X3500 soldered onto it.

Hey HeRobust, These guys host a handy page for checking your system for game specific bottlenecks:
https://www.game-debate.com/can-I-run/
Oddly they list PR2 under the tab; "Select from all games" or you can get some idea by choosing BF2 at "Please select a game" tab.
You can also check any possible combination of GPU/CPU/ram combos you might want to install in the future.
*BTW this absolutely is not the infamous adware bloated systemrequirementslab site.

guys what do you recommend for an extremly cheap gpu under 50$, Thats supports 300W power supply and is an Ok choice for playing Older games and or new games at lowest possible settings?

The best new card for under $50 that can game would be the "GeForce GT 710". 192 CUDA cores (outstanding for that price). Low power consumption with Passive cooling. 2GB of DDR3 memory.
If you want to spend a little more you might find a "GeForce GT 730" for under $65. It steps up to 384 CUDA cores. 1GB DDR5 memory, But the minimum power supply requirements are just at 300 watts.
Both these cards are low profile single slot no external power supply connector needed. It would be a trade off price as well as DDR3 2GB vs DDR5 1GB memory. Also the CUDA cores. Go to that site I mentioned on my last post, select an older game that you would play, and hypathetically test both with your present CPU, memory, etc.

He lives in Morocco, which is tightly neighboring Spain. So it shouldn't be that bad.

Those prices were for new cards not used. I would think that Morocco isn't exactly a backwater.
