Hey guys I've been playing PR since 0.91 but never ever posted on the forums before. I usually just took small glances at Dev Highlights and patch notes but now I'm in need of some help from you who knows enough about modelling and modding.

I'm thinking about making a mod of Turkish attack helicopter ''Atak T-129'' and I remembered that a very similar looking helicopter already existed in the vanilla BF2's chinese faction called ''WZ-10''. So I need help converting it to something editable so that I can mod it and add it to our Arma 3 milsim co-op server.

By the way, I know that ''reverse engineering'' data from products like this is considered illegal but since I won't be making any profit out of this I think it would be okay. Thank you for taking the time to read my post :)

For simple export, you just need the convenient BfMeshView(BfMeshView). This software can export bf2 models to an .obj file. No knowledge on Arma3 modding though, but I believe .obj format can be loaded by most 3D softwares.
