I've posted twice on the support thread and DMed Mineral and Mats391. I'm having a problem with my CD-HASH being associated to other accounts and absolutely no one has helped me in the span of 4 days. I am incredibly dissapointed and actually considering to stop playing the game because of the nonexistent help I have recieved.

Just refund the game then. I am sure you will get your money back.

Ive been waiting since 1.5 relesed

AFAIK there is no good solution to that problem at the moment.
If you want help you have to generally pay for it so feel free to donate some money to keep the servers running

Mineral and Mats are very busy and probably have a backlog of private messages.

Can you join ANY server at all?
When did this start happening?
Have you ever been banned before?

Never been banned or done something reprehensible. I just tried to join my usual server last Wednesday, went on the forums of the server to find out if I could get unbanned and found out the CD-HASH was the problem. I can join other servers but they are not the ones I'm interested in. In relation to donating I don't have any money most of the time due to personal needs.

That happened to me a while ago, Try rrstarting router or restart PR then right away after selecting servers choose your favorite server

Dude, that's a free game which doesn't make any profit. If you really think that people involved in the project are going to drop out of everything and will rush to help you immediately I've got bad news for you. Have patience, just wait, they'll help you eventually.
