Ru MI-24 rockets problem?

Why are guided rockets on Russian's MI-24V Hind E not working?
I am being confused about this asset. On each wing at MI-24V Hind E there are a five rockets (4 I think) on each side wing. They are working on Hind F but what is problem here I don't know. Is it bug or something another I don't know.
Maps on which I played are: Operation Thunder and Route E-106

Hind E doesn't have ATGMs in-game. Both hinds share the same model, which is why you can see ATGMs and a dual 30mm cannon on the Hind E even though it doesn't have either of those.

However it is not ok. First it isnt effective against vehicles (not each but a lot of them) on maps like operation thunder is. On site which I found (to add it in game) it has a lot of options but let's talk about Yak-b, S-5 rockets and 4 ATGMs.

Operation Thunder has 2 hinds with different loadouts, one of which has ATGMs which is very effective against vehicles. Even the one without ATGMs but with a shitload of rockets is effective against vehicles operated by a decent crew.

Just because Mi-24 has option to use ATGM it doesnt mean it will use it IRL. Op. Thunder(at least when we talk about CAS, I still thi k ground could be more balanced) is well balanced. Polish have one F-16 which usefullness dependes on its own team capability to lase and spot enemy targets, specially AAVs.
Russians on other hand, have good AAVs and 2 CAS chopers. One is more AT dedicated, but other one is also good. Unguided rockets can kill anything on the ground. Russians would be OP if they had two Mi-24 whit ATGM.

The real reason is that splitting the 2 hind types into 2 models is a lot of work.
