You're cutting it close with that APU and lack of ram, but it should "run" irregardless on low to medium settings and you may want to tweak your resolution and opt-in for the "performance beta" in the settings, also make sure to close any unnecessary background apps, disable your antivirus during gameplay and save yourself some processing power.

A actually run with the following specs and can run on about 40FPS always (especially after the latest update) and I can even strech it to 1080p on an external monitor with same performance. To me it seems comparable to what you have (if I read correctly that you have GeForce730 GPU) so I would certainly give it a try. On the other hand it is true that this game is most sensitive to CPU power, which is where you are lacking a bit.

Edit: I use GeForce840M. I dont know why does it not show correctly.

Your 4210M more powerful than his A4-7300, his GPU should work fine at modest resolutions with medium settings, but the CPU is lacking.

The system should definitely run the game, but might struggle to reach good framerates.
