Anyone fixed the blank square start menu icon/thumbnail?

Just wondering. The (dogtags) icon shows fine on my Win10 start bar but all I ever get in the start menu is that stupid blank grey square. Have tried deleting and rebuilding the cache, etc. but the PR icon is the only one that doesn't display properly and never has.
