I can't open the game this comes up :
1301: Unable to contact verification server. Please check your internet connection and try again.

Firewall / bad DNS / your ISP is blocking it.

I'd say more the ISP, especially with Mumble.

countermeasure: So, I came to the conclusion that our beloved government blocked it.

And guess what? I was right, I used Freegate (something like a VPN) and the game worked.

So if you want to fix it just use a VPN.
