It's been a few weeks now and is present on every map and every server . I can't see any of the squad lead in the map and the only way to see them for me is to have a visual contact with them.

Old bug, we still have no idea why.

I realize this is bug report, not how to fix it support, but by the way you reported you may not know how to temporarily fix this ...
When first opening game menu, instead of clicking "PLAY" (which is right below "MANUAL", well it is above but is should be below) click "support" - "Utilities" and clear all four items. Probably only one of these needs to be cleared but idk. This should "fix" the missing icons for a little bit of time. Repeat as needed.

And to Mineral - yes old, but severely (at least a magnitude) increased rate of occurrence in the last three or so weeks.

I once witnessed that Squadleader icon disappear. I think it may have something to do with the Squadleader entering/leaving a vehicle.
