Insurgents Road blocks aren't deployable over a building like other deployables. It only deploys on the ground.
If this could be fixed, please do.

Roadblocks being undeployable on rooftops sounds like a great accidental feature

Have we accidentally fixed barricading caches completely off so that 1 guy and a shovel and defend it?

Nah I increased the distance to cache + added a check for "post-location" and not only pre-location.

Poor insurgents don't even have sand bags.

we definitely need to remove all firearms and shovels from insugrency forces, because they are too much overpowered.
