Launching pr_edit mod

Can anyone kindly explain the best way to launch the pr_edit mod?

Because I have custom staticobjects etc, I don't really want to be zipping it up and dragging it accross to the normal PR mod...

PRLauncher also doesn't allow this because it says Im either using modified files / cheats.

Make a copy of your PRLauncher shortcut. Right click on it and then click properties properties , there you will see the Target Path textbox, add "+modPath mods/pr_edit" without those quotations.

from this:

"D:\Games\Project Reality\Project Reality BF2\mods\pr\bin\PRLauncher.exe"
to this:

Code: Select all

"D:\Games\Project Reality\Project Reality BF2\mods\pr_edit\bin\PRLauncher.exe" +modPath mods/pr_edit
"D:\Games\" is where i installed my PR.

This should work as well afaik, so you don't have to copy the launcher:

"D:\Games\Project Reality\Project Reality BF2\mods\pr\bin\PRLauncher.exe" +modPath mods/pr_edit

Thanks man, much appreciated. I though as much it would be similar to the older BF2 params
