The artillery IED and the big TNT IED disappears a few moments after being placed. Using the phone afterwards doesent trigger the explosion.

Steps to reproduce:
Plant the aforementioned IEDs and try blowing them up with the phone after a couple moments.

Tested on:
Fallujah West INS-64, Iron Ridge AAS-64, Shadahah INS-64, Lakshar Valley INS-64, pretty much every map that I had the chance to try.
On the HOG, PRTA and SSG servers

This bug has already been added to the bug tracker.

Did you make sure you were not close to a faction's main base? I believe they recently added some code that removes mines / explosives if they are planted too close to a main base.

Yeah it doesnt matter where on the map you are. IEDs on Insurgents side dont work.

This is a really annoying bug..

Mine-IED on Fallujah is bugged as well. Wasn't able to blow up a fob on Fallujah yesterday..

switch weapon after placing it.
