We are honored to invite you to a map test event, presenting you Adak (WIP), a personal map project by [R-DEV]Rusty_42. This is PRTA exclusive only, not an official PR map test. We are honestly stunned by the scenery and details and we sure think this would be a great addition to PR.

The map presents a cold and remote island Adak in the Bering Sea, where a remote US Naval Base is based (Google Maps) and being under raid by China.

Starting with skirmish, we'll then go for different AAS layouts and we expect intense battles between US Army and PLA.


Please note that this map is not finished, so we hope you will join us in giving feedback here, whether it is gameplay experience you had, good or bad, bugs or anomalies. We sure hope the test event and feedback will help [R-DEV]Rusty_42 to polish and finish this map. Rules

Map download and setup instructions

1. CloseProject Realityif it is running.
2. Download Adak ZIP file from this link.
3. Extract ZIP file content (levelsandlocalizationfolders) to folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Project Reality\Project Reality BF2\mods\pr",
   unless you have installed PR into some other location, then extract to
   "[your_PR_folder_path]\mods\pr".
   If you're not familiar with extracting a ZIP archive,here's instructionsfor you.
4. Check that the map folderadakis in inlevelsfolder.
5. If you like, you can take a look at map in local:
   1. StartProject Reality.
   2. ClickDeployment.
   3. ClickCreate local.
   4. SelectAdakin map list.
   5. ClickAdd map.
   6. ClickDeploy.
   7. Enjoy!

To bad about the instability. But what worries me the most is the attendance for PR events by now.

Maybe a little flashy flashy thing in the launcher that highlights links that are new, in case people just don't notice them.
