Since this has already been forgotten.I did a test sound for Tiger jeep.

It's the sound I left everyone to use but looks like,nobody like.So I decided to do a test in the editor for a start.When I have time I will do a video with a sound in the game.It is always open for corrections.Download link of sounds can find in forum.(in my posts)


I also found the sound of AMZ Dzik jeeps motor(Iveco Aifo SOFIM 8140.43N)

This is cool, though sounds are not my expertise.

I guess if you make it ready for just copy-pasting into game files, I'm sure its gonna get implemented.

This was done 9 months ago.Then somebody said it was not done well(the problem of repetition of the sequence of sound empty walk of the vehicle).Then I did the update of zip file.I even put it in vanilla BF2 at that time and it worked well.Since it's forgotten and the sounds remained in the game from hmmwv.Then I found the time to test in BF2editor with Tiger jeep to see if it's okay(and if I knew it was good).I still need to test the PR game,If works in the editor,should work in the game.

The idle noise needs to loop a bit better, it sounds like its being rev'd every 3-4 seconds. But apart from that it sounds pretty good.

Yeah agree with FFG, other then that sounds good!

Many of our vehicles have lacked unique sounds ever since Anders left. Would be nice to see some new ones here and there !

FFG has spoke...a man who does not respect any the rules of this game,but this topic is not about him.
So it can be put on 60min of idle sound unique.But the goal is to keep the file as small as possible.In the end my guilt is that i move where my place is not.
I just tried,if you can do better then do it.I did not mention anywhere that this must be inserted into the game.I have a lot of work from when it's new Battlefild come,so I do not need this.I gave the floor so if you want to build on it,buld.if not then nothing.

The feedback you have received thus far has been mostly positive, no need for hard feelings.

Yeah we really like it !! don't stress too much about it. Ffg only wanted to offer constructive feedback so it can be improved to a point where ( if you would allow us to ) implement it into the mod.

The reason I think why your previous thread went unnoticed by most of us is cause nobody of us bothered to open the files and test it out ingame. And that's our mistake. But now that you made the video and we can hear it more easily we are very enthusiastic about your work! I was hoping you would do more in the future
