All Vehicle Warfare Maps

Hey there!
I think Vehicle Warfare maps are great for seeding the server. Problem is - they usually dont last long on a server with only a few players. One side (often just one or two players) caps all the flags, the other team (often a newbie training how to fly jets) bleeds tickets and loses within like 5-10 minutes.
A good solution in my oppinion would be to base the ticket-loss on the same system as in Skirmish. One death = one ticket less.
