High DPI or Low DPI

So l only thought about this one after flying choppers.

l play the game with the DPI on my mouse on max settings. Helps out managing control since l have to move less the mouse but l aslo suffer on the aiming being hard to pull off some shots. lts the way l feel more confortable playing the game, especially after coming from PS3 and always playing on High Sensivity there

The SOKO and the Chinese chopper that wants to flip if a air molecule tooches them get so much easier to fly.

l wanted to know how you guys play out and if possible you asset whores give opinion which one is more usefull in assets since l dont have much experience on them

Both and something in the middle. Get a mouse with quick DPI change button.

Medium-high DPI in Armor, High DPI in Jets, lower DPI when scoped in.

The lower your sensitivity is the more accurate you're going to be. I have a CPI-button so I can alter between combat aiming and just moving around in general.

High DPI, low sensitivity setting = higher accuracy.

Am I misunderstanding something? I thought sensitivity and DPI were basically the same thing.

DPI is basically a resolution. Think of it as a monitor, the more pixels you have, the more subtle movements you can make. It comes in especially handy when you're trying to make those long range snipes. Sensitivity is basically how the speed of your movement is converted into the speed of the cursor.

Higher DPI = better

I fly moving mouse by wrist on any sensitivity that is enough to get chopper from 45deg roll back to level and add wrist to movement when needed.

As for any shooter low DPI, using whole forearm and wide desk to move is a key for accuracy, but for choppers you don't need accuracy. Easier to make small moves often and with higher sensitivity to compensate for error rather than to make one distinct move that will make your error null. The latter is overkill and harder to learn because you activate more muscles. Small pushes with fingers are enough. You have your special way to move mouse, adapt it to Lynx, it is the most psychotic of choppers, for other choppers just adjust sensitivities.

I always set it to a single DPI and adjusted the sensitivity in-game accordingly. In the end flying had a super high sensitivity. Infantry low and in vehicles medium.
