Command mortar vehicle concept:

Since I see that in the game,there are plenty of nice command vehicles.Unfortunately, they are not used
and serve as decoration.
-The point of this is that:
1.To be put into use
2.To serve a mortar SQ for calculating the angle(mortar fire).
(by moving away from mortar pit calculating screen,and set up that screen on command vehicles)


What we get:
1.This vehicle is crucial for the mortar SQ.
(Without it, calculations can not be made,and mortars is useless)
2.Must be along mortars pits.
(to make a precise calculation of the angle of target)
3.It would become a target of the first order for enemy team.
(In case of the destruction of the command vehicle,mortars not usable until new vehicle spawn,5-10 min or more)

This is just a theoretical concept,it's not checked if it can be inserted into game engine.
But since they all exist in the game, they should be able to.

In my opinion, this would bring a bit of new life into game play.There would be a hunt for enemy command
vehicle,and a new strategy for defending that vehicle.And a bit of bitterness would change of mortar SQ,
if there are more than 3 members in mortar SQ.

Suggestion outside of the suggestions forum!

You can't just bypass the suggestion forum approval system by just posting it in discussions. Please keep suggestions to the suggestion subforum.

Also why would the commander be involved in calculating mortar targets? He has to spy on people in their showers with his drone.

It has nothing to do with commander.It's just a vehicle which is in the game commander use(object) which is not mobile.To be used as well like mobile mortar command vehicle for mortar SQ.
So commander have command tent/vehicle not mobile(as it is in the game so far),and this vehicle is to be add.Normally use by mortar SQ.

This is just discussion so it's not a suggestion.In order for something to become a suggestion, should first discuss it.That's what I thought.If I'm wrong then lock the subject,or delete.

Please post suggestions in suggestions subforum

Discussion is about current builds or previous builds of PR and all assets that includes. This however is a change to an asset or at least a new mechanic and thus is a suggested alteration. Hence suggestion subforum, where it will be discussed if it gets approved for viewing that is (to keep the spam out).
