Mumble keep on crashing itself.

Hello, I have a problem with my mumble it keeps on crashing itself whenever i try to restart it, it work's fine for 15 seconds then crashes again i tried running it on compatibility mode (windows 
but does not work? and when i tried to launch PR Mumble it said's troubleshooting program yet no clue why it does that. Please Help!
