Honestly it's not that realistic to pre arrange with randoms and become friends and play together unless one of you is willing to Squad Lead.

You are better off trying to play around the same time of the day multiple times until you start recognizing some players name, keep playing with them and eventually add them on Discord thats where its all at these days.

In general the community is somewhat friendly its a normal thing to naturally happen
