Spotter can't place any markers with radio

Desription:
Squad leader being spotter can't place markers by using radio like Enemy infantry/FOB etc, but when i switch to Officer kit it works fine.
Steps to reproduce
1) Be a squad leader
2) Pick up Spotter kit
3) Try to place any marker using radio.
