Hi there,

Whenever I double click my launcher app to start whether that be from the desktop or the bin folder the dog tag image will display for around a second then its back to nothing.

I have tried reinstalling several times and this has not worked. I receive no error message when opening the application at all.

No idea if this will help but here are my specs:

I7-9750h 2.60ghZ
16gb RAM
RTX 2060

I have tried both of these but sadly I still have the same issue

How many screens do you have? And what is the size of your desktop? / Screen

Only the one screen as I game on a laptop. It is a Dell G7 with a 1080p 144hz display

Anti virus might not be liking launcher?
Try deleting the PR folder in my documents, although these kind of problems usually come with an error message

Unfortunately, no luck
