Ive downloaded the assistant and it's downloaded the game i assume. When I click on "Start Installer" it launches BF2. Video attached

Do you have another installer of BF2 somewhere mounted? or the BF2 dvd/cd ? If so, unmount those first. You can also try manually navigating to our setup mounted through the windows explorer. And run the setup.exe manually that way.
