So every time when I'm in the jet and other jet lock on me I pop all my flares and the missile still hit me, no mather how many flares and when I pop them. Should that be like that or it is something what should be repaired...?

If you pop them after you hear the lock you're way too late.

That is the problem, if someone start locking on me, but he isn't still locked he can't lock on anything else like flares. When he still isn't locked on me, but he is tracking me he should lock on flares when I pop them, but he don't that's broken!

Does the radar warning activate when an aircraft is being painted or locked on?
I think players should always know when their aircraft is being painted. Countermeasures are intended to create a larger signature than the aircraft, not make it invisible to radar and vice versa. Regardless of countermeasures, the radar warning should be always present if painted by enemy radar so pilots know if they are in the danger zone.

Watch this to understand how flares and AA missiles in PR work (or rather in what ways they are broken):
Everything still behaves the same as it was in the video.

I can impose a possible /fix/ (if you'd like to call it that) by doing what Arab did during the new RWS testing.
By simply having 2 different warning sounds can solve the fact that flares are useless for the most part.
Having a sound when being traced (Preferably .5 seconds or so before the lock) will help solve this issue in most cases. If .5 seconds is used it would leave the pilot up to their reaction time. If they do not pop within the .5 seconds then there is a higher chance of them dying than if they do.
Also, aren't the AA missiles in PR heat seeked? why can't we make it so that jets do not have a heat seek when they are going less than a certain speed. Or make the heat seek only visible if the engine is visible.

Most IR missiles have an all aspect capability. The speed of the aircraft also doesn't matter in terms of IR signature.

Technically it does-..Because if you're going faster that means your engine is producing more heat. If you're going slower your engine will produce less heat. There is an evasive maneuver Where you'd do a 90 degree turn (Without passing out of course) and pop flares and cut throttle so that the flares would appear hotter than the engine to the IR missile.

That sort of maneuver depends on the gen of missile fired at you and the seeker it has. The newest seeker heads are really flare resistant even with a change of engine output iirc, something about the flares appearing different than the engines in one of the spectrums I don't remember. Older ones would definitely be trashed by flares and jinking, though. Besides that, I don't think jet speed changes quickly enough in the game to do what you're suggesting.
Let's think about this logically: If you're flying below x speed and you can't be locked by AA, you would just fly at that speed to avoid all SAM threats. The only counterplay would be AAA or other ground fire, + other aircraft that would now have to hit you with guns. I don't see how this would be a positive change.

Jets slow down quick in game if you Hold s and turn at a climbing Angle I believe
And with the speed thing, I don't mean exactly what your saying. I meant that you should have a harder/longer time locking when jets are flying slowly compared to when they are blasting by at full speed.

So you mean when a Jet uses the afterburner, the LOCKON time should takeless time as a slow flying Jet that doesn't used the afterburner?
