Will this scoreboard interface tab ever be utilized? Does it have a purpose?

It doesn't have purpose, it's from BF2 because PR is on BF2 engine.

It's utilised if server turns on vBF2 kick and map voting system.

It does work on some co-op servers.

The tab is used to get player ID (don't confuse it with account ID). We could perhaps move it to one of the other two tabs tho.
Vote kick is disabled on most of the servers.
