Ok so this could be confusing, but there is no other way to explain it

I have 2 Steam accounts, and I linked one to PR and retrieved my ingame accounts. My PR account level was 0, so I linked my other Steam profile. This one is PR level 2. I tried to retrieve my ingame accounts (those ones that I retrieved first time), and this error pops up: 2000: Profile already used.

Is there any way to fix this, so I can retrieve my old ingame accounts or I have to make another one?

Its a feature, no more passwords. Its tied to your Steam.

Same here, I logged to my main PR account with a wrong Steam account, and they seem to have stuck together. Now I cannot log into my main PR account with my main Steam account. Will deleting the "wrong" steam account free the legacy account? Or is there other way to "untie" them?

You can remove profiles from your PR Account. Just go to the managing of accounts (hover over play), and delete it and choose to remove remotely as well.

I get the same error but I don't have any remote accounts showing in "managing accounts" after the update. My profile was deleted and now I cannot retrieve. Can anyone help?

Are you sure that you are using the same steam account to login?

I 'm sorry, I am not using steam. I am using the .exe file and during the last update it deleted my remote profile and when I go to retrieve existing profile using my username (tfloj) it gives me this error.

When you login to play PR, you have to log in using a steam account. Are you using the same one as before for that?

I am using the same account on Steam. Is there a way I can link my old account? Back in the day we didn't use Steam from what I recall. I have two profiles but I would like to link the older account (Tom tfloj). If not, does that mean I need to create a new account?

You can retrieve old profile if you remember the name and password as long as it did not get linked to any steam account.

That's how I got this message. I tried to but I get this error. I have a steam account and tried that way and I still needed to create a profile. I my username is already used how can I reset my password? The only thing I think is happening is I am using the wrong password, so if I can reset it then I think it should work. Thanks again for your help.

The legacy database is frozen and we cannot retrieve or reset any of the old passwords. If you cannot remember it, you cannot retrieve the profile. Sorry about that
