Hello, this one is old, but after new patch- its like every 2-3 map.
Any idea how to fix it? or what cause that.

I think CTD can be abated somewhat but really, its inherent with BF2 and wont go away so may as well live with it...

Nah it's a lot worse after the patch release. Something has changed causing it to happen a lot more often.

I never has this error in past several years but after this rellease I got this few times in one day!

Next you have that window before closing it: task manager -> prbf2 -> create dump file

Now it happen only once after playing all day. However this time I played less WW2 maps.

Yesterday i had only one crash cause of that error.

About the mem error - forgot to launch procdump. sorry

The random CTD is fixed for next version.

On first day I played 2-3 games then I got memory error. It happens 2 or 3 times. On second day I played all day (maybe 8-10 hours) and got one error (this is one with dumb file). Now I played 2 games and game just close itself on map loading without an error.

Dunno, for me its kind'a random
For example happened when i was gunner of btr80a on Saarema, near russian spawn.
Charlies point, gunner in a btr60, in the water
Omaha beach, in a middle of a gun fight
\\
This one was from omaha.

Noticed something interesting. game crashes with that error - while im recording.
Today - no record's, no crashe's.
