We had to decide to either allow binocs/gun to be used or have crouching. Both sadly is not possible. We went with binocs as the commander can switch to hull gun if he needs to take cover.

Currently, if the driver [F1] switches to the bow gunner [F3] they're ejected from the vehicle. Will you allow this?
