The game does't stop crashing, either when loading a map, a few minutes after starting to play, when starting the game and even when creating a new one. I am trying to play offline with bots but its impossible. Is there any solution for this?

Ok, I have the .dmp file, what should I do with it next?

I have had different crashes. This one happened after creating a co-op game with bots (Just bots, no more players othen tan me), the map finished loading perfectly, when I start playing I am asked to choose a spawn point and a kit, for a second the screen appears with the different kits, then the screen turns black again with the text to choose kit and spawn point. It stays that way until it closes to the desk.
