Medium Budget Laptop For PR

I've been thinking on what Laptop should i buy that can play Pr and CS Can you guys give me your suggestion thanks.
PR I would say the fastest CPU you can get, I have it a few 2.4 ghz dual core laptops over the years and its A SLIDESHOW.
As concerns CS there gotta be loads of advice out there.
