Dovre custom statics

Dovre has packed objects that exist in core PR now.
There are no duplicate files on Dovre. It's likely they are slightly different or have changes to textures paths. But we got plenty of scripts to make sure there aren't any 100% duplicate files.
However, it's likely some all only extremely small variations that could easily be removed from map files so a manual check would indeed be best at some point.
