They had this idea for a long time. I took a look now at the PR forum and saw that it is archived. does anyone know why?
did you lack human or financial resources to complete the project?

What if it would be possible to reopen the project?
It would be great to have a faction of ours in the game!

Financial resources are not problem for sure, because people that make community factions are doing that in there free time. Most likely it was human issue.

If you have modeling/mapping/coding experience and if you can form team to make Brazilian faction, then yes.

we are starting a new project for the Brazilian faction
if we decide to continue I believe that soon we will make a post here on the forum
