If one was to slap the ztz99 on the leclerc chassis what all would be required? Would you need to go through the pain of exporting tracks again?

Depends how much you care about optimizing it. You could just export the ZTZ turret as separate mesh, then hide real Leclerc turret through code and slap on the ZTZ turret. We already do that for T72s and PT91

Might do it, thought about making a kinda type 15 tank.
