I have been using Sound BlasterX AE-5 for a while and using the sound blaster audio settings in options. couple days ago I updated soundcard driver and installed Windows 10 2004 update and this option was no longer available in launcher. I rolled back the windows update, rolled back the soundcard driver, and still the option for EAX is not in PR launcher.

I also reinstalled PR, no option
I ran DDU on audio driver and reinstalled, no option

ideas?

I think this is purely a driver issue. I have a Sound Blaster Recon3d PCIe and had to re-install it a couple of times just to have windows finally detect it. Even now it often is not detected on first start and I have to put system to sleep and wake up just so I have any sound.
Sound blaster support sucks
