can bicycles be added to insurgents because why not?

I know that the insurgents have dirtbikes and other things but why not also add bicycles? Bicycles are used by insurgent groups time to time and I would think it would be quite funny if I saw one.

Sure, make us a model, texture it, export it and code it, and we will add it! Small issue thou that vehicles can't have animations so the guy wouldn't actually be peddling the bike...

Alright, I think I can try to. I mod for gmod so where can I start on modding for project reality?
