a bit of a nightmare really

once in the gunners seat you cannot exit
the gun loops as if its firing the whole time and you cannot aim the gun
without it reseting back to its origonal axis straight away
also you cannot change wepons or zoom

has happened to at least 3 people including me on the map al basrah in the same round

64 map online multiplayer v0.5
-=]RAS[=- Ruhrpott 2 between the hours of 10.30-12 GMT feb 9th

havent played any other maps yet to try it as i've only just d/l the mod

which apart from this bug is amazing.

And your using a pilot kit?

No, its a bug that happens when your not using the pilot kit. It was never fixed. Sorry.

You will need the Pilot Kit to Use the Cobra Gunners Position

yes i have this bug 2 times problem, i got a pilot kit and i sit on guner and im locked gun is locked and im cant out of the heli

This has happened to my brother once or twice, and he did have the pilot kit.

Also, the "little bird" helicopter is extremely hard to control. I get a pilot kit, jump in, and try to take off from the carrier and it does a nose dive right as I get 2 inches off the ground. I'm not sure if this is a bug or something to make the game more "realistic" but it is anoying. I'll try using my joystick next time.

You need to warm up the engine for 30 seconds before you can fly....

i had a bug in albasrah where i was in the gunner position and i wanted to switch to the tv missle and i couldn't, it just kept firing. It was so annoying because it kept shooting and I couldn't get out of anything. I had to exit out of the game. I also experience BAD LAG when I fly right over the city using the A-10.

i have experienced both in the american and the MEc helo that even if i have a pilot kit the gun isent working, yet the tv missle works fine.

ok then if you have the pilot kit and this is happening, it means

you have TKed a pilot before getting in the chopper

dont think so, ive seen several people WITH pilot kit waiting in line and getting in a chopper gunner seat with a pilot in the same squad as them also no tkilling,
have this problem.

I tend to stay away from them now, a-10's domminate so much more in a CAS role
