Hello and good afternoon, I have a problem when I want to connect to an online server and when it takes a long time to load what it has from the map, when it changes to another map it tells me "by connection slogans" and when I want to connect again it appears the next: the server refused the connection for this reasons [Your client lost the connection to the login server or the server requieres a higher account level ].
When this happen to me i close the game and when I seeing the level account of mine is level 2,can someone help me?

I had the same problem too, though it seems to have fixed itself after a while. I suspect it may just be because I have high ping or it takes some time between the client verifying your Steam level and the server registering the change.

Its not due to your level nor ping.
That sounds like the server is down or you can't send packets to it.

I used to have this issue a lot when 1.6 was just released now after few patches it happened much less but still... It mostly happens when I get kicked of a server, lost connection during the game or server data corruption error when loading map. Never found any solution to it except restarting PR to log back in...
