Looking for local coop teammates

Hi, I'm really enjoy playing local coop with 24x24 bots on almost every map. Bots are challenging, sometimes even too much. That's why I'm looking for buddies to play with.
Some maps would be enjoyable to play with 24 bots + 1-2 real players in both teams (Black Gold, Masirah). Other maps are very challenging for offensive faction (Bijar Canyons, Wanda Shan) and would play good with 24 bots in every team + 2-3 players in offensive team.
Public coop servers are usually feature limited\boring map list, 100 difficulty and full team of bots vs full team of players. I prefer 80 difficulty, bots in both team for balance and possibility of switching teams.
Not interested in PVP either. On PVP you should play hard, concentrate, communicate every second and most team assets (vehicles) are always taken by vet\clan players. I prefer more chill, but still objective oriented gameplay, where you have some room for mistakes, can try new stuff, make experiments, use different vehicles and do not feel huge regret for loosing.
I'm looking for a good teamplay oriented players. VOIP is optional. Command rose is enough for most cases. English is my third language.
