Suggestion, tank commander

Hello everyone!

I wanted a tank commander as a role in tank as the driver shouldnt have 2 task (commanding the tank and driving the tank)
How it would work?
First it's going to replace the remote turret Gunner, and the commander could use the remote turret whenever he wanted (of the tank have), the commander would have 2 sights (depends on the vehicle could be one sight) cupolla and CITV the cupola makes the commander could see with the observing scope or periscope and the CITV is the ussual second sight for driver.
How it would change the gameplay?
First its going to make the tank have 3 crew for more effective tank (you cold use 2 crew but the effective is 3 crew) and the Gunner is no longer usseles as he now in charge of the tank and the one searching for enemy.
Why you suggest this on general?
I could not post on suggestion because its locked, sorry for that admins and moderators
