Hey guys, not sure if this would be the right thread for this but
I've made a video compilation of PR maps and their real life location/comparison

Great job! Really cool stuff.

If anyone can help me find or pin point the exact location of the rest of the maps that would be great!
The maps that are not in the video are:
Black Gold (Fictional - I messaged the map maker)
Burning Sands
Charlies Point
Dragon Fly
Hades Peak
Kozelsk
Operation Archer
Operation Barracuda
Operation Falcon
Operation Ghost Train
Operation Thunder
Outpost
Ras el Masri
Sahel
Shahadah
Silent Eagle
Wanda Shan
Xiangshan
Yamalia

I am aware certain maps such as Archer, Kozelsk, and Yamalia are based off off actual places but it would be great to find out if these maps are based off of an exact area.

Nice one mate! For Charlie point it’s actually Baler Beach located north east of manilla in the Philippines that’s where Apocalypse now scenes were filmed.

Pretty much all of those maps are fictional, OGT I can tell you for certain came out of my imagination and some of its features are geographically not possible, like the V-shaped valley turning into a U-Shaped one 1/2 way down

I think for one the Campaigns in PRT they made a map with many maps on specific points on the world map - although fictional it was kind cool.

Oh daamn. I never knew that. As a Filipino, I'm kinda glad to know PR has a map based off of a location in the Philippines.
