Is anyone else unable to start PR now after the updates to 1.6.4.4?

I have win 7, and most support questions I've seen have to do with Windows 10. Their problems though seem to happen when they launch the servers.

Though with mine I can't even start the game anymore.

Only a couple people in the support area asked asked about Win7 problems, but my post has almost 300 views.

Actually, we have more tests on Win7 than Win10 because I'm the one testing most of these "deep" changes
