Hello PR community!

I just started playing the game 3 weeks ago and i've been noticing the frames issues recently despite getting decent fps in other games.

My laptop specs:
Processor: Intel Core I7-1065G7 @1.30Ghz x 8 CPU, ~1.5Ghz
RAM: 8192mb RAM
GPU: Nvidia MX250 + Intel Iris Plus Graphics
SSD: 256GB

I run the game on medium settings, 1920x1080 Res.

Looking forward to your answers.

Thanks!
PS:Smoke make the fps goes nae nae mode

Notebooks are not built for gaming.
Hyper threading 4 cores notebooks are especially not built for games designed for a single core.

Jokes on you with that notebook trying to play PR, but I have worse problems and I got an I5-4210 paired with a GTX860M. My game literally dips to hell whenever I try to gun an apc. The turrent locks up and takes a ton of mouse tossing to turn until the fps stabilizes. I play on everything low with Terrain LODs on.

It would help to note when the fps drops happen as it can be either CPU or GPU related, or both.

For CPU-related issues, one common scenario is when there are a lot of players in the same general area. Looking toward that area causes FPS drops while looking away returns the FPS to normal. Laptop CPUs usually have very variable clock speeds depending on usage and thermals. Your cpu starts at 1.3Ghz and has a max turbo of 3.9GHz, and 3.9GHz should be sufficient most of the time in PR. You can try using an external program to log performance and try to determine if something is limiting the max CPU speeds.

The MX250 isn't exactly a gaming powerhouse. While PR is an older game and doesn't really have that demanding GPU requirements, it is also an older engine that has been pushed beyond what it was expected to do and is relatively unoptimized, so it can stress GPUs in weird ways. Determining GPU limits can be a bit more complicated too since it can depend on things like core clocks (temps), core configs, VRAM. But you can see if things like smoke, particular objects (buildings, vehicles), or lighting elements cause the FPS slowdowns.
