Mumble won't start

The game works fine, but when I deploy mumble won't work and I cant hear anyone, it started with mumble not finding qwave.dll, I downloaded the dll and put it in the mumble file and also system32, and now another error screen appears saying "Failed to load mumble_app.dll".
