Hog server application unsealing id = bug

Hello, I'm a Chinese player and can't speak English. The reason given by ban is "wasting resources. I can't use English without mic". It shows that permanent ban is too powerful. Now there are no servers in China. This is the only server I can play pr. I can't find the management of the blog or log in to the blog forum, so I can only ask for help here. My ID is a bug.
