Game crashes to desktop no error

The log says
Warning: error 1 in winapi parsing modulesC:\Windows\System32\USERNV.dll
Warning: unable to find localized text for I'd: HUD_LEVELNAME_

Can anyone help me out?

At what point does it crash? Before main menu? While loading a map? While playing?
